End User License Agreement

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Reflektive on any device you own or control, solely for personal wellness purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or sell the App.

Reflektive is not a medical device, crisis service, or substitute for professional mental health care. AI-generated responses are for general wellness and reflection only — not diagnosis or treatment.

We collect your email, session content, and usage data to operate the App. We do not sell your data. Data is stored securely via Google Firebase.

You may not use the App for unlawful purposes, to harm others, or to attempt to compromise the App's security. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy of AI responses. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

Myndful Innovations LLC is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support. Contact us at support@reflektive.app. Apple has no obligation to provide any support for the App.

Myndful Innovations LLC, not Apple or Google, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App, including product liability, legal compliance, and consumer protection claims.

If a third party claims the App infringes their intellectual property rights, Myndful Innovations LLC — not Apple — is responsible for investigation, defense, and resolution.

You confirm you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo or designated as a terrorist-supporting country, and are not on any U.S. government prohibited or restricted party list.

Apple Inc. and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement. Upon your acceptance, Apple has the right (and is deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this Agreement against you.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, United States.

We may update this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via the App or email.
